Privacy policy.

When you submit one of the forms on this site (Rapid Audit, Enablement, Partner, Careers, Contact, or design-assurance interest), we collect only the data you enter into the form. Each form lists its fields explicitly.

Server logs may capture standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp). We do not associate this data with you personally, and we do not retain it longer than necessary for security and debugging.

Submitted form data is used only to respond to your enquiry, evaluate a partnership or application, or — in the case of Rapid Audit and Enablement — to begin the engagement you've requested.

We send transactional emails (a receipt to you and an internal alert to the relevant Upterix inbox). We do not send marketing newsletters, and we do not subscribe you to any list without your explicit action.

Analytics: Vercel Analytics (privacy-friendly, no cookies) and PostHog (self-hosted EU instance) measure aggregate page-level behaviour. No personal identifiers are captured.

Hosting: this site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel processes request data per its own privacy policy.

Email: form submissions trigger transactional email via Resend. Resend processes the email payload on our behalf.

Form submissions are retained for as long as the relevant engagement, partnership conversation or application is active, plus a reasonable archival period for audit and contractual purposes.

You may request deletion of your submission at any time by writing to the Contact form with subject "Privacy".

Depending on your jurisdiction (notably under the EU GDPR and UAE / KSA equivalents), you have rights to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data. Submit any such request via /contact with subject "Privacy".
